The Amazon-authorised application behind the Outcome Stride monitoring and recommendation service for consumer brands selling on Amazon marketplaces.
Watchtower Connect is a monitoring and reporting app built and operated by Outcome Stride Ltd. Brands authorise it through Amazon’s own consent flow using Login with Amazon from Seller Central or Vendor Central. Watchtower Connect uses each role to read data only. It never submits feeds or changes a listing, price, order or shipment. It supports both seller and vendor accounts on Amazon marketplaces, starting with the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

What the app does
Sales and traffic analytics (Brand Analytics role)
Review sales, units, sessions and conversion by listing over time, alongside search term and search query performance for your brand’s own catalogue.
For vendor accounts, review shipped units, sell-through, inventory health, traffic and margin reports.
Review week-on-week sales drop alerts and the likely cause, such as a price move, Buy Box loss, stock-out or listing suppression.
Review demand and replenishment forecasts built only from your brand’s own data to inform stock planning.
Listing and catalogue health (Product Listing role)
Review catalogue attributes and product identifiers for your authorised listings, with fee estimates per listing.
Review reports of inactive, suppressed or dark listings and listing quality issues for your brand to fix. This role is used to read listing data only. The app does not edit listings.
Pricing and Buy Box monitoring (Pricing role)
Review current prices and competing offers on your brand’s own listings.
Review Buy Box status and price change reports to inform your pricing decisions.
Inventory and orders (Inventory and Order Tracking role)
Review fulfilment centre stock, inbound stock and order volumes to identify availability risks.
For vendor accounts, review purchase orders and their fill status to inform fulfilment planning.
Account and marketplace insight (Selling Partner Insights role)
Review account status reports for the accounts your brand has authorised.
Review which marketplaces each account participates in to understand your reporting coverage.
