1. The service
Outcome Stride monitors authorised sales, inventory and catalogue data obtained exclusively through official Amazon APIs to produce pricing and inventory recommendations. The service is advisory. You review and approve every change; Outcome Stride does not make unattended changes to live listings.
2. Your account and responsibilities
You must have authority to connect the relevant seller account and provide accurate information reasonably needed to deliver the service. You remain responsible for your listings, commercial decisions, account security, regulatory compliance and any action taken following a recommendation.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the service unlawfully, attempt to bypass its security, interfere with its operation, access another seller’s data, reverse engineer the service except where law permits, or resell access without our written agreement.
4. Data and confidentiality
You retain all rights in the data you authorise us to access. We use seller account data only to deliver the service under your instructions, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties. Each party must protect the other’s confidential information. Our privacy policy explains our data handling in more detail.
5. Intellectual property
Outcome Stride and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, methods, designs and documentation. During an active engagement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business. You retain your data and brand materials.
6. Fees
The chargeable items, fees, payment dates and taxes are set out in the applicable statement of work or order. Our pricing pageexplains the commercial model and the factors used to scope each quote.
7. Availability and recommendations
We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. Marketplace data and platform interfaces can be delayed, incomplete or changed outside our control. Recommendations are decision support, not a guarantee of sales, margin, ranking, availability or any other outcome.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or anticipated savings. Outcome Stride’s total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees paid or payable for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Suspension and termination
Either party may end an engagement as set out in its statement of work. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a security risk, unlawful use or material breach. On termination, your right to use the service ends and seller account data is deleted in line with the privacy policy.
10. Other agreements
A signed statement of work, data processing agreement or non-disclosure agreement governs where it conflicts with these website terms. If one part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of it.
11. Governing law
These terms and any non-contractual dispute are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
