Who we are
Outcome Stride Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We are the controller of personal data used to run our business, including website enquiries. When we handle a seller’s Amazon account data to provide the service, we act as a processor under that seller’s instructions. The seller remains the controller of that data.
What we collect
- Seller account data made available through official Amazon APIs under the seller’s authorisation, including sales, inventory and catalogue data.
- Contact details and messages you provide when you email us.
- Name, work email, company, use case and request type when you submit our quote form.
- Limited technical server logs needed to keep the website secure and available.
This corporate website does not set analytics or advertising cookies and does not use client-side analytics or session recording. When you submit the quote form, the form details are sent securely from our server to a restricted PostHog workspace so we can manage and respond to the request. The submissions are kept separate from other reporting through a dedicated event and dashboard.
Why we use it
We use seller data only to provide monitoring and recommendations, support the service, and keep it secure. This processing is carried out under the seller’s written instructions and the agreement with that seller. The seller decides the lawful basis for the personal data it asks us to process.
We use contact and business administration data where necessary to take steps towards or perform a contract, meet legal obligations, and pursue our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries, keeping appropriate business records and securing our services. Quote-form information is used to understand your requirements, arrange an initial call and prepare an individually scoped quote.
Retention
Seller account data is kept only while the engagement is active and for a wind-down period of no more than 30 days after it ends, then deleted. We may delete it sooner if the seller instructs us to do so and no legal obligation requires otherwise.
General enquiry records are normally kept for up to 24 months. Quote requests held in our current PostHog workspace are normally retained for no more than 12 months. Contracts, invoices and related business records may be kept for up to six years where required for legal, tax or accounting purposes. Routine security logs are normally kept for no more than 30 days.
Security and sharing
Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to the people who need it to operate the service. We do not sell personal data. Seller account data is not shared with third parties and is not used for advertising or for any purpose outside the seller’s instructions.
PostHog acts as our service provider for storing and reviewing quote-form submissions. It receives the information entered in that form, but it does not receive seller Amazon account data.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing, and to receive certain data in a portable format. These rights depend on the circumstances and are not all absolute.
You have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise a right, email hello@outcomestride.com. If your request concerns data held in a seller’s Amazon account, contact that seller first because it controls the data.
You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/, or call 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service or the law changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
